Looks like those users have been banned - trouble is it is hard to stop them just creating new accounts.

For those who aren't aware, there is a theme authenticity checker at wordpress.org/plugins/tac/ - if you download themes it is worth running.

To be save ,just avoid using nulled themes/plugins and cracked software shared from other places...
