My thoughts:

I'm very familiar with buying and selling solo ads. You're going to need testimonials/sales page to sell clicks at his recommended price range of .40 to .45 per click. This business model works best by offering cheaper clicks to get testimonials. The challenge during this phase is finding good providers, but it can be done.

This WSO is currently $9.95. The sales page states he's raising the price today to $47. IF he does, it will be overpriced.
