INFECTED FILE - AGAIN!!!

Here we go again, another tosser (probably same crap eater) spreading this infected junk..
Infected with social.png which is actually a php file
I've been reporting these users for weeks now and admin are doing nothing!!

Cleaning
find social.png (always in an image folder) and open it with notepad or similar, delete all contents and save

Is this file OK to download if i remove the social.png?

@Oonagh - Not really because the social.png file has hidden links throughout the theme. Here's what I usually do to get rid of it.

Download the theme to your desktop (don't unzip it).

Use Notepad++ if you have (it's free to download, just google it). Once you have it installed, do a search (control F) for "social.png", selecting to search the zipped file. It'll do its thing and come back with all references to "social.png". Open those files from within Notepad++, and remove the whole command line.

Save it and you're good to go.

It always works for me, but if anyone has a better way, please pipe in lol.
