I just found this item by accident while searching for something else. I think Ross Jeffries maybe just gave this out to his list as an inducement for them to take his one one coaching which he promotes on the last page. I really haven't went thru the whole thing yet, as it's over 200 pages, pretty substantial for a giveaway if indeed that's what it was.

I'm interested in producing a product like this for my dating site and if I could have just updated the cover etc, that would have been great.
