I had actually downloaded this from another thread with Version 3.7, and I wanted the last update of v3.9, so this was perfect.

"abelwang" (in post #39), "demonmeb" posted a multi-mirror link (in post #42) which I tested today.

You can download the latest updated Version 3.9 from the "SolidFiles" link...

it says version 3.0 on the down load link/ page at "SolidFiles", but that is simply a typing mistake.

I actually download it and opened the zip file, and it is indeed Version 3.9!
