yes that's true

The best way (for me atleast) is to get the FB traffic onto an email list - then you can market cb offers.

You'll have to find a Clickbank product that doesn't have an exit-popup; then just create an advert on FB ads with the link. FB only bans cb sites that has exit popups. You can also make Huge claims on your ads to get better ctr - Just set your bids to "bid for impressions". You should average $.01-$.07 per click.
