It's Fake not working

it dosen't work for me.

The file crashes for me but it isn't a virus or harmful in anyway to your computer cause I ran it through both Iobit's Advanced System Care, and Avast Premier and it came clean maybe it is just specific to certain operating systems like mac or windows or it corrupted during upload?
