Hey...Just try to extract the file by opening as administrator but use winrar 5. I got success by doing that. :-)

Okay, from looking at all the other Op threads he's made I'm surprised he isn't banned here yet.. For example his paypal money adder thread which he made that should of got him banned with that thread alone, its not real and there isn't ever going to be a paypal money adder app that is real (just so the newbs know)..

Admin or Mods ban his ass this is a .exe program from what it looks like inside the zip file. Then I would guess OP wants us to do a Survey to access a APP that doesn't even work.. This shit is meant to be spread across gaming forums, YT them places it doesn't belong here..
