Like take comments from a list and post them on your own blog on behalf of fake users

There are two I know about (Have Not used Either though)

I looked into them, xcommenter takes comments from yahoo answers which is not what I'm looking for and automatic comments, although limited is pretty much it.
If I can't find a free solution, I'll purchase it.
