In response to "IMLearner" above request on how to use PLR to make money, here is my humble suggestion.
The fundamental advantage of PLR material, is that you have the right to chop and change the content, and then put your own name as an original author onto it. Any sensible online marketer will however seldom if ever, use a PLR product "as is", without at least changing the sales page and some of the graphics. You need to differentiate your product and put your unique spin to it. In marketing speak, this is called your USP or Unique Selling Proposition.
If you do not have the skills to effect the changes, just get someone with a good rating on Fiverr.com or Fourerr.com to do the job for you at a minimal cost, of probably well under $100. You then get a a domain name, hosting and an autoresponder to market your new revamped PLR product and ....MAKE LOTS OF MONEY.
A word of caution though, is to thoroughly familiarize yourself with the absolute basics of online marketing, before venturing into mid-level to advanced level stuff. This BBHF does not have the term "Best" just for nothing, as it is truly a goldmine, with more than enough information to set you onto the path of online prosperity.
