If you start to rip the site from these directories, you'll get >14 GB / >5000 files of material:

You need to go through your ripped HTML files to find all files from the /Transcripts and /download folders, as these are not openly accessible.
If you want to find transcripts - most of them are listed in sitemap.html and sitemap2.html.
If you need some more download pages, just look in robots.txt ;-)

Update - 18.9 GB after ripping the 'forbidden fruits' hiding in robots.txt

Mike finds great marketers and copywriters for his interviews, and the HMA stuff is reallly good for consulting.
