You can get max 300 links from this site even when you use 4 000 point (which is max).

But I have another update. After trying the site out by submitting 10 links and waiting for submission, I submitted a couple of 1,000 link submissions and when I got the report back they only gave me about 15 links for each of the five (1000 link) submissions I sent in. I give up. I'll just use SENuke.

I have no idea. I don't imagine they're of the best quality, but like most links they will show up faster if you try to index them.
