I always select those in mirrorcreator, except mediafire which isn't connected.
They seem to be the ones with the least interference and load fast.

Gamefront 1st (as you can use DownloadThemAll with it and keep my ad-blocker (Ghostery) on)
Zippyshare 2nd (use DownloadThemAll but have to turn Ghostery off)
(MediaFire would be 2nd if it was on the list for the same reason as Gamefront)

I assume your talking free to downloads. If it is paid it changes the whole ballgame!
One's I don't like for free download are livecloudz, uploaded and bitshare because of slow downloads and long wait times that are a bitch when you have combined files to download.
If they are not banned may should be. Used mostly by people trying to make money by the downloads, and people wanting the files so bad they buy through the affiliate links. Defeats the purpose of what the forum stands for in my Un-Humble Opinion. So says the Zombie King!
Some of my favs not on your list are anonfiles and solidfiles and queenshare! anon uses a similar script to what is used on the forum to protect the downloader!
I agree with R11HDJ about Game, it is fast too. Also fast are sendmyway and zippy!
Probably the one for the biggest files is hugefiles, although they do go down quite often.
As you can tell I have done a little research on this one. I hope you will use this to good purpose on the forum Xebec. Ciao
