@bethegorilla : it's a wp plugin. go to wp dashboard --> plugin --> add new. upload the file from your computer, then activate it.

how do i make sure that there is no virus in this plugin. sorry op..this is just a generic question...not just this plugin but any plugin shared here? do i look at the OPs trusted mark and assume its good? help pls
