yes is dead

2.2 does't work with wordpress 3.9. The 2.4.0 fix this bug.

Hopefully someone will find that version and add it.
I have not seen it or I would have shared it instead of the one I shared.

BTW: I have the theme up and running and I am runnig WP 3.9...

Very nice theme but I wasn't able to get it working.
