Probably there is only one disadvantage of FB Lead Targeter apps they are windows apps.

PageSniper and PlaceSniper don't work for me. It seems, looking at the fb search fiels in the video, that they are working with "Social Arsenal" plugins as well. Otherwise you wouldn't get any results...
