I'm hoping this is easy enough to use that I can set up and rank generic lead gen sites and then either sell the leads or rent the sites out. Selling websites to small businesses is such a pain. They will bury you in requests to do stupid things, and never be willing to pay much for your time. And these days, every business owner has a "brother in law" that can make a website, or someone in India offering to sell on for $150.

So I think the way to go is to build valuable assets that you can rent or sell (i.e. add a good domain and rank the site). Or use this as a loss leader to sell other services, even just hosting!
