I haven't used it so I don't have any reviews about the service. It seems to be a good alternative to phone broadcasting or blasting.

I'll check out PhoneBurner.. I think it'll be smart to integrate something into the application so you can just multi-select a list of businesses and schedule a call.

That 'something' will either be an application or a network based API that I can call to.

All the leads you have can be put in a dialer directly, am i right?

Correct. You can manually dial within the application, but to have it go through an autodialier you'd just have to do an export to CSV.
