This is real, live report. I ranked No.1 on YT today, so I took a snapshot and publish everything here. I do not reveal the keyword and the channel name (the same for my competitors) but except this I show you everything.
Niche: Electronics
Keyword: 1900 exact searches, high competition, adwords $2.40/click
Keyword specs: 3 word long tail buying keyword that engages buyers who already decided to buy theproduct but are looking for the best price on the market.
YT competition: 19000 results for the keyword
Video type: slides, music, some text, call to action (Movie Maker) cca 2 mins.
Project started: 24 October 2013
Project today: #1 YT, #13 G. (8 December 2013)
Costs: 2 x $5 on fiverr (views + social signals)
Landing page: YES (I have hosting, but can be done on weebly for free)
Additional tweakings: Comments, Subscribers, Likes, Favourites done by Enhanceviews
Backlinking: GSA SER, Tier1 only, campaign created on Kontent Machine (BBHF) and exported to GSA.

Knowledge sources: BBHF, (I mean ONLY and ONLY BBHF and nothing else)
Sales so far: 3 sales
Strategy:
Find a buying keyword for physical product that is very well sold before Christmas as a gift for any
age category, gender and profession.
Find the best price tag for the product on the market (US), become and
affiliate, create a simple video calling to buy for the best price, include 2x
links to the landing page into 450words high quality description under the
video. Need 1 month to rank. Using Video Logic Pro software provided by BBHF
for tweaking the ranking process.
Conclusion:
Open the chart in the image attached. You will see first 9 competitors video chart. I have removed
channel names to protect this campaign, I am sure you understand why. My video
is the first (ranked after approx 45 days YT#1), you can see orange lights on the semaphores that mean that all the values are identical to
the YT video link that I put into the software before run. I have 2 comments but here
you can see 0 comments by all videos. This is because Video Logic Pro was not
updated for the new YT comment systems. But in reality all the competitors have
more comments than me. In this chart you can see what is really important to
rank. Yes, you see correctly that I HAVE NO SOCIAL PROOFS!!! This was the
fiverr gig problem and I will not order the same one again (but I ranked
anyway). You will see that most of my competitors beat me in views, number of
videos in the channel and social proofs. What I really did well was the
description – long high quality article with a lot of LSI and 3 keywords. I
also include LSI words in the comments that show it is relevant to the main
keyword and to the video (not just stupid GREAT VIDEO or WELL DONE...etc)
Problems:
There is one big problem with this campaign and it shows that if you do not think all the
possible aspects in the future, you can rank anywhere you want but you will not
have success. The problem is that this video informed about the best price tag
for the certain product. And it was so all the time. But guess what? The MF
product provider increased the price dramatically due to upcoming Christmas.
All the price tags in my video and description are not valid anymore and it
seems that my video and article are pure scam. I cannot change it because the price
tags are included in my title and my title is ranking most important aspect. No
other provider now gives the product for the price tag I have in my video. When
anybody click on the link, will find completely different price and will scream
and probably flag my video as scam. I know that after 3 weeks the price drops
down again, no doubt, but I will lose quite some money, this is sure. So I have
learned that if I pitch on some particular price tag in the video then I must
be sure that the price will not increase in the future.
