This method is about providing some services as a broker (ie getting web design job on Craigslist) and outsourcing the job to people on freelancer site such as Odesk.

Nothing new here - this ebook has been rewritten at least five hundred times (that I know about), and this HF guy only claims to have made a couple of grand in over 3 months. He either isn't very active with this or sells only cheapie websites. This is a take on basic arbitrage. Identify buyers on the classified and home worker sites, find a cheap $5 an hour designer, and broker the deals. If you read this, you know what he is doing already and can save some time. You probably have a clone of this on your hard drive already since it's the same old - same old.

My grade: 2.5 / 5 stars. Doable but very average and a rerun of lots of better products that you can make more money with for doing the same thing.
