Do you guys have found a way to get the premium Terms and conditions for free ?
Or the Terms of Services Premium, Terms of Use etc ...
Thanks ;)
Good looking out. This a great share. +Rep added.
Here's the premium part for Terms and Conditions, Terms of Use, and Terms of Service. Insert it before "Governing Law" and replace the "MyCompany" placeholder with your company/site name.
Code:
<p><strong>Limited License</strong><br />MyCompany grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Site in accordance with this Agreement.</p>
<p><strong>Limitation Of Liability</strong><br />In no event shall MyCompany, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for damages, direct or consequential, resulting from your use of the Site, and you agree to defend, indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, liability costs and expenses, including but not limited to attorney's fees, arrising from your violation of any third-party's rights.</p>
<p><strong>Warranty Disclaimer</strong><br />Your use of the Site is at your sole risk. The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Site is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.</p>
<p>MyCompany, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and its licensors do not warrant that a) the Site will function uninterrupted, secure or available at any particular time or location; b) any errors or defects will be corrected; c) the Site is free of viruses or other harmful components; or d) the results of using the Site will meet your requirements.</p>
Alinea, many thanks and rep+ added.
Happy and Prosperous New Year!
Be Careful. There are new FTC Laws, California Laws, and Better Business Laws that took effect in Sep 13 and JAN 1 2014.
If these FREE forms were not written by an attorney and do not include the proper language you could be at risk.
PS I am not a Lawyer, just someone who has researched this subject.
