This is a really cool share and I can seeing this having potential.

But editing those templates (I am a PP newbie) sounds like REAL and tedious work, especially if you were to make such a template for individual homes for a real estate company. No wonder she sells them for $297 or more. An idea here would be to outsource the editing jobs. Then I can see this being really interesting.

I was just playing around with these and they're simple to do the basic editing. The tutorial videos are really helpful, too. I've already contacted some realtors here locally. I used to be a realtor, so I'm starting out with realtor friends that I know. I've shown 2 realtors one on my phone and they really liked it. Now to get some sales. I won't be selling them for $297 a piece, though. That's too much for the area that I live in. I'm going to be contacting realtors in other cities and targeting hi end home realtors.
