Scenario:



Let's say I setup a "bookmarking" website, with interesting websites.

I will not be copying, hosting or anything, just saying something like:



"hey, cool video I just found on Youtube, check it out".

I would link to that video directly to Youtube



Or



"hey, check out the yummy cookie recipe" -> link to recipe website.

Can I use content lockers or link lockers on these kinds of posts?

Yeah, you'll get more people completing your offers if you zip the text file with a password and the text file saying password with your ppd site link. Yeah may embed any YT video anywhere.
