I have not tested fully all the features, my previous experience with one tester from BBHF was, on his side as a client, It does not appear all the templates, but on my side as developer I can choose any templates, but everything is configurable once you login as client.
I did not have fanpage listbuilder, you can try the giveaway option for free, but the video and coupon is disabled here

I'm not sure what errors you've got when adding me as content creator.
What I know are some prerequisites before you can add someone as admin, we need to be friends in Fb, both of us clicked on "liked".

Pro or developer version will give you access to the 18 Templates, but some templates is buggy, when I use that certain templates, the client you added cannot access/modify, it will just be blank on their side.
