has anyone been able to complete the setup for this system? the pdf is not clear enough on several steps. I am getting stuck on several of the procedures. e.g. Contact form - Set it up with support@yourdomain.com and add it as a new page also from within the setup settings. I can't find anywhere to add it as a new page. Another one: Uncheck 'De-index' settings. Can't find that either unless it is the same as do not index.
Can't find the theme anywhere. Any help/comments would be appreciated. Thanks.

found the theme within the plugins and moved it to the themes folder. so that is resolved.

the ebook is fully confusing for me.
I am re-reading it now.

Had anybody implemented it?
