I wan't to create online business directory for my locality, or wider,
I have done all other thing for creating that, except choosing a
wordpress theme for my site, I am between two alternatives,

2. Templatic Directory : Directory WordPress Theme: Create a Global Business Directory With WordPress ... Price: 99$
Please if you know something about those wordpress themes, or another theme which is related, help me
choosing one of them, tell me some of the features of themes that will
make me choose one of them, so tell me which is better my new
