To get straight to the roaming folder hit Win key + R and then type %appdata%

Delete the old files in the appdata\roaming\Adobe\Air\ELS\ folder and
replace them with the new files found in the mediafire links.

The people that are saying it doesn't work probably because they're using a Mac computer and the "com.aligmarketing.slf" folder is located at different place.

In Mac OS X 10.9, 10.8, 10.7, 10.6 , you can find this folder here and replace it with the one that you downloaded.
Macintosh HD/Users/Home/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Air/com.aligmarketing.slf

One more thing, the system "Library" folder is hidden in Mac OS X and therefore you won't find it.
Make sure you're in "Finder", press the "option" key and then go to "Go" and you will find the "Library" there.
