I have some issues regarding the installation on HMS, Please find below the errors:

in installation page when I enter login data and click "RUN Installer" , this error was created :
Required - application/config/database.php to be writtable
Required - application/config/routes.php to be writtable

I changed the attributes of 2 file with right click->propertise and with change attribute software too.
but
I cant login!!
please help me.
