you have to add cronjobs in your cpanel cronjobs section
I have installed the script, but I cannot connect to /admin ? and login captcha's are not working?

Under Admin, Advertisements, Add a New PTC Ad, it only lists Afghanistan under target countries? Where are the other countries?

All countries exist in Admin/Add New PTC. you mmost be check All country or scroll in this section. Script workly perfect.

My copy does not. It only says "all countries" and "afganistan". it does not list the other countries, even though I have installed the sql file.
