Why can't you try as a publisher programs like Adsense, Chitika, or any other adsense alternatives which pays more than adsense, if your blog got heavy traffic, you can monetize your traffic from them. best of luck!
YOU MUST BUT MORE TIME IN MAKE IT LOOKS INTERESTING , FOCUS ON CREATING A GOOD CONTENT AND THAT WILL DRIVE VISITORS AND ACCORDING TO THEM YOU WILL GET MONEY IN MANY WAYS ..
