Tweetadder and tweetspice were the ultimate in twitter follower building..
obviously they may still work but i haven't seen a crack in awhile.
They would run automatically 24/7. Let you type in a list of accounts so you could follower their followers,
it would unfollow automatically those who didn't follow you in X days.
Compare the names to the people you've already followed and skip them.
just awesome.
I use TWT dominator but have to scrape names myself. manually click unfollow button, etc..
