yes, this is semi automatic.
you need to do some manual works.

How Can I confirm my account?
Confirm your email address to access all of Twitter's features. A confirmation message was sent to audra.hardy4@yopmail.com.
yopmail.com and insert username, I did it for my self ... Great share :)
Not working with Add me fast !!
We've sent a login verification request to the Twitter app.
Approve the request by tapping the checkmark button on your phone, and then click the "Sign in" button below.
If you aren't receiving the login request, you can disable login verification from your mobile phone settings, or twitter.com on your computer.
The login request hasn't been approved yet.
Please HELP

yep, just visit yopmail and insert the email id without @yopmail[dot]com
