This error happens because you need to be logged into the account of the facebook page admin. So make sure that you are logged in as the admin of the FB page.

1. your are login with other facebook id ,plz login valid Facebook login id , Used for APP.
2. Or there is any Authentication Error

anyone made the scarcity plugin working??????

To everyone having problems with this plug-in it is suggested by the owner that you install it on it's own WP site with no other plug-ins installed it seems it does like to share with some other plug-ins
