here is nice plugin U can delay content in widget.

Magic Button :

If anybody know how to enable shortcodes for this widget, please do the update.

I tried with

add_filter( 'YPN_Widget', 'shortcode_unautop');

add_filter( 'YPN_Widget', 'do_shortcode');

But no luck, My scenario is to use delay for Social Share Buttons
