It's not really expensive considering how over-powered my programming skills are, compared to your low procedural, playground skill level. Learn OOP and be good at it or just remove your PHP avatar and find another hobby.
Btw, I will be taking my ZCE exam soon. If you did the same, I'd like to see your results :-)
