The theme name is enfold shared on theme123etc and it takes 3 lines in the dashboard (which is ok) + there is a backlink on the bottom left on every page of the website where you will use the theme. The text where the link is hidden is "wordpress" and the backlink goes to themefree dot ir which is another website different from theme123 dot net

You have to read PUBLICITY in main menu (left side) + image of the theme, too.
It is a lot different than the version 2.3 I got. Much better I could say. No ADS, nothing.
If I find another "clean" version (2.4) I will upload it here.
