this is a very short read, and simple to do also...I am not sure if you can expect to see any results with this approach, I did try this approach once but using CL, had a few responses and qualified a couple, but that is not worth the effort.
One thing he missed out on the WSO, is how you position yourself before the interested client and how you provide the service to your client.
let's say you are a newbie and did try out this method and hopefully got some interested clients, what will you do then? that is the part missing in this wso, Zesh just left out the actual part if this is his complete wso product that the OP has provided
Here is my suggestion:
If you are serious about trying this approach, before you try contacting clients, make sure you acquire some knowledge on what service or a package of services you'd be offering to make this happen.
Better yet, I'd suggest after you get an interested client, and you know what their budget is (covered in the WSO), provide these services
(1) Directing their online campaigns to a better converting landing page to collect leads
(2) Setting up their AutoResponder Series with converting email followup series
(3) Running Contests, engaging the customers is the best way to make some profit
(4) Manage their PPC campaigns
(5) Provide some offline marketing ideas to get more customers
(6) Include setting up of other online assets like fan page, G+business page, managing their twitter account etc
Well, just some ideas, hope this is helpful for at least a couple or a few
