I would use CCleaner, clear cookies and use a different email address account and set up a new Facebook account just to build the stores. However with a PVA you will not be able to make "custom" page URLS, just the default numeric.
You can also buy PVA accounts relatively cheap on Fiverr or SEOClerks.

I gave OP + reps for his efforts. However after loading and viewing this software and the videos from the WSO I can safely say, these are two different products.
