Does it include the Directory theme?

I have downloaded part 1 thru 4, but am having issue with part 5.
I get this message:

File owner set free user can download max file size 1 MB only.
Upgrade to a Premium Account to download larger files.

Is there someone that can get me a link to part 5, please?
