Blackhat community is becomming bigger. Right now BH Tricks are not just releated in finding exploits for changing some "nnumbers" or backlinks automation. A lot white hatters, coders, crackers moved to bh. Also there are blackhatters that are selling solo ads (so I think this is why he suggest for cracked version).
Each day I'm seeing new malwares that are being used by InternetMarketer (Just to get what do they want). Ex. Spam behind FB from 2007 and still it's alive (they have with thousands "infected" people and they and they're using for their profits). Sorry If I have gone out from the topic I just want to say that also big IM are using some Black Tactics!
