Sorry sohailx, but this is not the OpenDoor theme (the Opendoor theme is currently on its 1.4 version).

The one being shared here is named "OpenHouse Realestate 3.3", and here's a demo http://www.informatik.com/themeforest/openhouse2/

I really look forward to the OpenDoor theme update (I have an older version), but this is not it.
