All the free advertising that udemy courses get on this site? Considering that most of the time these coupons are just a sales gimmick and they only offer 1 to 5 free copies?

WTF are you talking about? 1 to 5 free copies? you are tripping... we get new coupons all the time and its usually 25 - 100 spots each time...
a rule is a rule and it was approved by a super moderator... unless someone wants to feel the ban hammer...
you want PHP courses? either wait for a coupon, go to the freebies section or a torrent website...
