I feel sorry for anyone who paid money for this. As far as real estate investing info goes, it is beyond basic and like most people trying to sell real estate info products, there are massive holes. This one is one of the worst real estate info products I've ever seen and I've spent tens of thousands on the real deal investing stuff. It's 19 pages of vagueness and suggestions that will direct people to take the long hard road to no deals closing. If you want to succeed in real estate investing, the best thing you can do is get a mentor. I was lucky enough to get Chris Harris as a mentor while he was accepting consulting clients and it was the best investment I have ever made.

I read this and with my experience in real estate i must say that this book only cover 20% of what you really should know. No way can he put all that you need to know in this ebook and anyone thinkinga bout going into this must be very very very careful or else you will find yourself in a loop trying to close a sale that may never really happen. Just my 2 cents
