Well, I can tell you that it IS the same thing, because I downloaded this same exact course from the thread I posted.

2nd thing is, since it was shared in VIP you should do a search on google before you post.. VIP shares should remain in VIP.. and since it has been shared here already then you should not post this in the freebies section as it then become a duplicate...not trying to be mean, i'm just saying.

Yes he has a Fanpage, but he still would most likely advertise. And yes that fanpage is huge 185K fans which at a min would cost 5-10K to build.
So yeah he can sell some shirts, and the same fans are sure to get sick of seeing shirts over and over. So the real value here is him spending the money, putting the case studies out there and selling this dream of selling T-shirts on Facebook.
Again, its not as easy as he makes it out..
I do have fanpages and use ads.
This can work, but like anything requires $$$ for testing.

He builds up fanpages and sells his shirts there, which would convert better than simply running ads for them the way your're doing. Sure, he spends money building up the fanpage, but once he has a following, he can sale them multiple tshirts.And he does. I've seen his gun rights fan page and pretty much every time he posts a tshirt, it sells out.

I don't think you understand what I'm saying, it's really not that hard. Do a search in Google before you post, if it has already been shared that you can see, then don't share it again. It's really that simple. When you say you will share it in freebies even though you say it has been shared in VIP..that's clearly abusing the system..meaning you just plain don't care and are only looking for reps.. This is common sense not a rule, it's good karma not to share a duplicate and if you see it shared on vip and still go ahead and share it in freebies, then I say again, you plain out don't care and are only rep hungry. Have some respect for the other members here. Think about what I just wrote here. I'm done with this thread now.

I believe I have a say in this as the guy who actually bought the course and made it available to everyone.
For one, I understand sharing is inevitable. In less than a week's time I've seen my torrent now popping up all over the internets and private torrent trackers.
I shared this as a contribution for all the things BBHF has given me. Not for glory or reps. In fact, if you checked the original thread, I didn't beg for reps unlike many other sharers here (Not saying its a bad thing, every contributer wants to feel appreciated for their work)
What bothers me, are the leechers. People who ask for everything and give nothing in return. People who ignore the fact that someone has paid money in order to share it. People who don't give respect to the contributer. I think this is how most VIP Contributers feel and the reasoning why we don't like items in the VIP shared outside. We are not the selfish bastards who you think we are.

As for the rule concerning duplicates between the VIP and the Freebie section, I personally think that's stupid. Any two persons can buy the same WSO and share it at the VIP and the Freebie sections. It is the person's choice whether he shares it or not and has the freedom where to share it.
The only reasonable rule is that files shared in the VIP section stays in the VIP section. Which I hoped was the case for this torrent but apparently someone leaked it. As a person who paid the full retail price, I feel cheated. $147 is not a small amount of money. Will it stop me from sharing more high-ticket products in the future? Not really. If I'd let little things like this bother me then I'll always be poor.
But at least now I'll be more careful who I share it to.

I got this back in August when it was just for his subscribers and alot smaller.....it was a 3 hr webinar and pdf then he made this course from our feedback. Anyways, after I was on that webinar I was in the process of building a fanpage which had 15k fans. I decided "what the hell" and made a tshirt campaign on teespring based on this training. That 1st campaign I sold 42 shirts bringing $370 revenue minus $50 in ads and $20 for Tanner's course. I honestly screwed that one up but still made a few hundred bucks. The next month I ran another campaign on that page that was now at about 22k fans and sold 76 hoodies and made just over $1k with $120 in ad spend on FB. I ran my 3rd campaign a couple weeks ago and the page is now at 38k fans (reinvested some of the tshirt money) and I sold 59 hoodies and made $700 with $115 in ad spend.
Now I will say that the fans on my page are VERY passionate and so its easy to do now that I have a system. Here's a HINT: Hold contests every time you run a tshirt campaign. I've done that on my last 2 campaigns and I have a huge one planned this month to celebrate my 50,000th fan. Its all about developing a great relationship with your fans. I've also built a list of 4500 from this page in just over 3 months. Also as far as building the page, I've avg'd $0.015 per fan total from ALL of my page building ads. Teespring just added tracking last month and I will be implementing that also to help increase conversions.
All in all, I think Tanner did a great job with this, dont expect to run direct ppc to teespring campaigns with no fanpage without proper training and knowledge. I've tried and failed but I know of a half dozen guys who are making BANK doing it.
