This product is about the use of EFT (Tapping) to help boost your metabolism and get your subconscious to help you lose weight. I have used tapping to help me manifest money. So it works for building abundance, I don't see why it would not help you with getting into shape.
The program is a few years old, but he is still teaching the same thing. I plan on trying this out, especially after the holidays
