i want mass mail prog. or bulk mail for send mails to my list 250k mail

i have VPS server support sending mails by SMTP server and PHP mailer

i try to send by php mailer but it arrived in spam folder!

also i try pommo srcipt but it arrived spam

i want mass mail prog or bulk mail or php mailer or script for sending ..

please help me for this problem ..
