I highly doubt they have the right to resell and let their customers resell the stock images included in module 3 (header backgrounds), module 5 (Facebook timeline covers), module 22 (Twitter headers and backgrounds), module 23 (YouTube one header).

I would not use nor resell these graphics in order to avoid a fine from the company that own these images...
