Yes, it is absolutely safe to submit new websites to the service as the methods used by the service are completely whitehat and don't involve linkbuilding at all

No, there's no wordpress plugin, sorry... What you can do is put in your wordpress sitemap url into my system and it will auto import all pages of your blog/site
