Did you install it as a THEME in WordPress...?
(cause that's what it is, it I'm not mistaken)

INSTRUCTIONS I FOUND:

WP Go Mo Getting Started Guide

This is not a typical blog theme, you need to use page templates to customize the theme

• Login to Wordpress
• Click The Pages tab
• Click "Add New" to create a new page
• Select a Template style from the templates drop down on the right side of your screen
• Use the build in admin fields to customize your page (please refer to the "Video Tutorial" on the Page for more information)
• Click Publish to save and publish your page
• Go To Settings > General > Reading > Select a static page from the dropdown for your home page
• You're done!
