I am also having problems getting support for my purchase of WP Leads Press. I found out about the plug in here at BBHF and purchased the developers version. The program is great and I love it…..BUT support is impossible. I wrote to him via a support ticket over 3 months ago with no response. After 4 emails, I gave up.
I read their blog and they claim to answer to tickets within 8 hours ( http://wpleadspress.com/wp-leads-press-support/). I thought that for some reason, they weren't responding to me. But I see I am not the only one.
Great software… if support was there I would recommend this plug in to anyone..
